Stress is a lifestyle affliction. A small amount of stress is good for us, as it keeps us motivated but too much can cause serious health problems, if left untreated. One of the main causes of stress is a tendency to take on too much.

What do the words ‘living freely’ mean to you? To some people, it will mean that they give themselves permission; To do exactly as they please. Without thought or care, for how what they do might affect other people. To others, living freely, means being true to themselves. By not allowing the thoughts and opinions of other people to influence, restrict or define them. I believe the true concept of living freely, goes much deeper then this.

Freedom is one of, if not ‘the’ most fundamental need of a human being. To be able to express our thoughts, feelings, ideas, personal and spiritual beliefs. Is vital to psychological and physical well being. Being true to yourself. Standing up for what you believe in.
