You must drop all that you think you know, for true wisdom will never come to visit you if you hold opinions and judgements about anything. False knowledge is akin to giving a child a loaded gun to play with. Unless you learn to think clearly, your mind will be led astray by every contrived thought that enters your mind.
First you must drop all that you think you know! You have gained false knowledge like many people, since you were a child. Your thoughts and opinions have been tainted by your parents, your teachers, family and friends.

The problem with many people is they would rather listen to the noise of the world, what their friends or peers think rather than listen to their own needs. Many people can often be put off going for a job, or a new pursuit, just because they worry about what others will think. You could be interested in spirituality or Religion, but fear being ridiculed, just because you have entertained the thought of visiting a church or temple.
I know many people like this, I was one myself in my younger days, too busy making fun of everything to have the time to take anything too serious.

As individuals we all deal with stress, difficult situations and people differently. How quick we are to anger or how easily we are provoked, can depend on a number of factors. One is personality; Inherited personality traits and environment. Another can be learned behaviour. For example, those people who come from family backgrounds in which anger is often demonstrated; will believe that this is normal. They may also see it as a very effective way of getting what they want.
Though I believe we all have our own inner moral compass which tells us when something is not right, there will be some immature or emotionally weak individuals who will use aggressive tactics to get what they want, without thought or care for another person. Rather then using gentle persuasion or debate.

As human beings we are all creatures of habit and routine. Though we may yearn at times for things to liven up a little, or for some excitement to occur. That is why when we experience great change and adversity; such as a relationship breaking down; a job loss; serious illness or bereavement It can feel as if our whole world has been turned upside down.
The frightening thing about these types of situations, is that the individual feels they no longer have any control over their lives. Life has sped up and not in a good way. Whilst it is true that we can be overtaken by unexpected events. It is not true that we don’t have any control over them. Because we do. Though we cannot change what is happening, we can control how we choose to ‘react’ to it.
