Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have psychic abilities. Or, how you might be able to develop or enhance existing gifts? If the answer is Yes to either of these questions, then read on! First of all, let us get one thing clear from the outset. You do have psychic abilities! It is my belief that all human beings are born with the psychic sense. An ability, that uses the vehicle of our other five senses of sight, sense, taste, smell and touch; And is often referred to as the ‘sixth sense’.
Examples of how our ‘sixth sense’ or ‘psychic awareness’ manifests itself, can be seen in numerous different ways. The phone rings and you ‘just know’ who is calling. You suddenly think of someone you have not seen or heard from for ages, and you bump into them unexpectedly while out shopping later that day or the day after. These are examples of ‘precognition’ or ‘clairvoyance’.
Have you ever walked into a room, and even though everyone is looking and behaving normally, you can ‘feel’ something is not right. There is an old expression that refers to this experience as “you could cut the atmosphere with a knife”. Meaning that the air or energy in the room, felt ‘thick’ with emotion; so noticeable it was a physically tangible thing. Or you have been talking to a friend, and for no reason suddenly felt compelled to bring up a topic of conversation, that turns out to be about something your friend has been secretly worrying about and needed to unburden themselves about it to someone. These are examples of ‘clairsentiance’, which is the ability to psychically connect to someone through the psychic sense of emotional or empathic awareness.

The Spirit asked me to write out 12 intentions for daily living. These are beliefs, ideologies and attitudes which you intend to exhibit each and every day.
Many people ask me ‘what do you believe in?’ or ‘what do you teach?’. Both of these imply some sort of rigid system, and that spirituality is somewhat likened to religion. It’s not.
Spirituality at its core is all about freedom. The freedom to be able to connect, understand and express your soul’s true spiritual nature. With this in mind, read the Illuminations below and take note of their practical usefulness. Spirituality should make sense, it should be relatively easy to apply and most importantly: it should feel resonant with your own heart.
It’s important you remember these are not commandments as a commandment inevitably becomes hard, resistant and incapable of change. These are illuminations which allows for your personal adaption, investigation and eventual evolution.

Meditation is something that you do to help clear your mind and give yourself a sense of peace and calm. The traditional form of meditation is what most people think of when they first learn about how to meditate.
If you are new to meditation, you may feel nervous; however, meditation is nothing to be scared of. A lot of people may tell you it is dangerous and you will be opening yourself up to a lot of unwanted psychic energy – this is not true at all. Meditation is a way of dealing with your daily worries and anxieties, so you feel better about yourself. After your first meditation session you should feel calmer and more relaxed. It is also common to feel a wonderful sense of peace during your meditation; if you experience this calming sensation you will want to practice meditating on a regular basis.

When Mankind first walked on this earth, before there was religion, before there was fire; there was spiritual belief. To Early man, all life was a mystery; he lived off the land gathering in the spring hunting through the summer, gathering in the autumn, and hoping to survive the elements through the winter. They would express themselves with a primitive and natural curiosity about life and having no scientific explanations to confuse or block out their finely tuned instincts. They listened to and trusted their ‘gut instincts’ their intuition. For often it would save their lives. They never questioned it, they accepted it naturally and would often see ‘signs’ in the animal and natural world as confirmation.
However it is clear that their spiritual beliefs come from more then just a reverence for nature. It amounted to actually interacting with nature in a spiritual way. We have found evidence of this in items discovered that show that early man had evolved he could hear the spirit world and could communicate spiritually on a regular basis. It might be said that it was their harsh living conditions and circumstances that were responsible for this phenomenon to occur. As few modern men/women can comprehend or understand just how difficult life was then. Guidance and blessings were often sought and miracles were undoubtedly more commonplace. Early man was definitely more in tune with the spirit world and their souls then we are today.
