Every now and again everyone should take time out, just to pause for thought. Taking part in daily reflections allows one to ascertain their progress in the journey on planet Earth. Sometimes it is necessary to step back, relax and reflect on the various areas of one’s life to see where one where will go forward. What are the best decisions with your future in mind? There are questions that need to be asked of oneself before the answers for tomorrow can be presented. The great thing about the Universe is that once you ask a question, the answer is instantly summoned.

For instance, what brought you to where you are today? How did you manifest your latest relationship? How did you end up where you are, with regard to career? What have you done to maintain good health?

Affirmations Of The Heart

Affirmations are positive statements that we usually write in the present tense. An example of an affirmation would be ‘I am getting stronger every day’. The reason we write affirmations is to start to retrain our subconscious so that, by repeating the affirmations several times per day, we start to believe that the affirmations are true and, eventually, we will start to change so that the affirmation does become true for us in reality.

Affirmations of the heart can be described as positive statements we create to help us achieve our dreams – those things closest to our hearts! It can also refer to affirmations we create to help us find love or romance. Either way, they should follow the rules that we use for positive affirmations, in general.
